1. Using the service
These terms apply to the AZ Tuber app and website. Follow applicable law, these terms and content-provider conditions. If you are below the local age of consent, obtain appropriate guardian consent and supervision.
2. What the app provides
AZ Tuber offers tools for watching, listening and organizing content. Video availability, quality, subtitles and playback features depend on the content source, device and connection. AZ Tuber is independent and is not sponsored or endorsed by YouTube or Google.
3. Content and ownership
Third-party videos, music, images and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Access does not transfer ownership. Download, copy or share only where you have the necessary rights and source conditions permit it. Do not infringe copyright, privacy or other rights.
4. Accounts and conduct
Protect your accounts and take responsibility for your actions. Do not abuse the service, interfere with security, distribute malware, impersonate others or overload services with automation. Linked services have separate terms.
5. In-app purchases
Google Play presents the price, currency, entitlement and purchase type before confirmation. One-time purchases do not automatically renew. Restoration requires the purchasing Google Play account and a valid verified transaction. “Lifetime” describes a non-renewing entitlement to the purchased feature while the product operates, not a guarantee that third-party content will remain available. Mandatory legal refund rights and Google Play policies are preserved.
6. Availability and limitations
We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of every feature or item of content. Automatic subtitles can contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, AZ Tuber is not responsible for third-party content outages or indirect loss. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected.
7. Stopping use and changes
You may stop using and uninstall the app at any time. Features may change for technical, legal or content-provider reasons. The revision date reflects material changes to these terms. Accrued rights under applicable law are preserved.
8. Contact and content complaints
Use Help & Feedback in the app or the contact channel on Support for assistance or reports. Copyright complaints should identify the URL, rights represented and issue. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence continue to apply.
